As President/CEO of Team Retail Solutions, John oversees the day-to-day operation of a business that represents the retail effort of several pro sports teams and nearly thirty festivals and sports events around the country.
During a career that spans two decades, John has served as Director of Retail for the Atlanta Braves, was Senior Buyer for several national sporting goods retailers, and has extensive experience managing multiple retail formats; including stadiums, "Big Box" concept stores and mall-based boutiques.
During that time, John has played a major role in coordinating the retail effort for over 20 major sporting events including the World Series, Superbowl, US Open, MLB All-Star Game, NBA Finals, and the ING New York City Marathon.
John, a native of Atlanta, GA, has called New York City home since 1999.

Graphics Design Consultant- Ryan Ostertag
A self-proclaimed sports fanatic, Ryan has spent the past 7 years in San Diego designing sporting goods and collectibles for a number of nationally recognized manufacturers and retailers.
With over 100 products under his belt from licensors such as MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA, Disney, Warner Bros. & Marvel, Ryan has built his reputation by creating logos and products that fans can’t resist. With a degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Chico, Ryan’s roots are in corporate identity and branding, as well as excellent illustration and rendering abilities.
Internet Operations Manager- Matt Knight
A native of Rochester, NY, Matt has worked with Team Retail Solutions since 2005 and oversees many of our larger events, including the Nautica NYC Triathlon.
Matt is responsible for managing our day to day internet content and online fulfilment for each of our event clients.
Sales Manager/Event Director- Corey Matthews
Corey's background as merchandise manager for Minor League Baseball has been an invaluable tool towards her success at TRS. Working with TRS since 2007, Corey oversees events for many of our highest profile clients, including the USTA and Life Time Fitness.
